Olley's Fish Experience - London

Anton. best fish and chip restaurant in london. yesterday were wonderful eating, wonderful staff and not too bad on the bag. had the cod with chips, was served with the most delicious garlic butter sauce. also loved the gluten-free menu. next time I get the chance!

Last night (Friday night) after a long week at work I decided to treat myself to a fish and chips of olley’s, as I knew they had a good call in south london. another reason is that I ordered at a place...was delicious. last night was a real disappointment. the court came fast, but it was hot going cold. in his apology box was a cod, chips and a lonely lemon wedge. no mayo, tartaric acid and it was tasteless. all this for !!!! for this price you can order a beautiful main course in a posh restaurant or even courses with ambiente and service. I am not sure if this is to be done with the cook in this night, but there was no concern to make this dish.

We wanted a good fish and chips and we did a little research. some reviews good, others not so, but we thought for x-Cid and chips, it may not be bad, otherwise would be business out of business. as the actual thing at the place says that masks must be worn. they wore masks and such a plus. fish is good, but on the little side. definitiw must be greater at this price. too many chips. a part is good enough for people. so everything in all good, but on the expensive side, but there are too many bad deals around, so does the job.

Do you want to feel demolished? eat here! we paid a lot of money for a meal for two, but the absolute kicker was this “key starter”, which for five of the smallest pieces of fried fish they have ever seen. a piece kalamari!. introduce yourself to be served in a restaurant. I raised the question and this is obviously the correct portion size. I think it's totally unreliable to calculate so much. the fish was good, but nothing spectacular. I guess if they are gluten-free, they seem to have a lot of options, but be willing to pay for it. make them please and take a takeaway from Ken’s fish bar on half moon lane. there is a reason why it is rated much higher.
