Contribuiți la feedbackWe discovered this place after searching for a good but different Indian restaurant that we hadn't explored previously. The ambience was good. We were welcomed well and the service was friendly, attentive and thoughtful. The starter was different and nice, so was the dessert but we personally did not find the mains all that interesting. It might just be us, but the meaty dishes felt too rich and rice wanting a lot more love. All in all a decent experience. Credit cards accepted including American express.
We had the bottomless brunch food only and ordered drinks separately. The service is good from the minute you arrive, with someone at the cloakroom to help with your coats before you walk down the stairs to the main restaurant. Although the food was delicious, the spiced chickpea chaat from the starters was our favourite. I also liked the keema naan. There is a good variety of drinks on offer, we had a soft drink, cocktail and wine with our meal. There were three of us, two with dietaries one vegetarian and one mild nut allergy . They did well to adjust the menu for vegetarian diets, nuts are a bit harder and there is some risk involved, but they have a good understanding of what is used in which part of the kitchen. I would recommend nut allergy sufferers to call ahead and check before booking if it would be suitable. Same for families with small children physical disabilities as there is no changing facility or step free access to the restaurant or we just didn't see them .
We had the six cursor tasting and it was exceptional. the service was perfect. our server was a very sweet and pleasant guy who was attentive and helpful. eating was incredibly fascinating and delicious. I think the Guinea-Fowl was our favorite, but every court was really enjoyable. the wine menu was comprehensive. the cocktails we had were beautiful and lovely. they even prepared a special little desert because my wife and I celebrated a job offer. that was a perfect meal and cleaned me away. we're coming back!
Fabulous meal tasting menu experience. this place is a hidden gem, difficult to find it through google maps as it takes a back of the restaurant. the choice for tasting menu began with a fantastic amuse bouche kale fritte. black chicken was a revealing pleasure that I tasted it at kahani scallops with a pickled garnel base, nice prawn tandoori was classic dish the guinea fowl tikka is also treating the sorbet was a just a pause in front of the main dish the somerset lamb chops served with kartoffeln dal makhani: fabulous. who would not be full of this time make them place for dessert chocolate joy with mandel bride karamell eis. the personal was accommodating when we asked for a few tweaks. Too bad I didn't meet the chief peter joseph. kahani is not a kahani, it is a legendary
