Ivy Café St John’s Wood - London

The service was a bit hit and miss and git our food wrong not full on, so git it should eat properly ok have nothing special. good value money

Beautiful visit in their private dining room for m 60th birthday

Usually The Ivy chain offers reliability, not so in St John’s Wood. In a near empty restaurant offered an awful table (had pre booked) which was declined. Food slightly worse than so so and interestingly a disabled toilet downstairs which I couldn’t physically get to it was suggested I go over the road to a different place. We did give feedback but no apology from the manager.

The experience was amazing however our server was extremely unfriendly and needed customers service training. We almost asked for another waitress to serve us. Not sure if she was unhappy in her job, unhappy to serve us or having a bad day! We literally felt uncomfortable to ask her for things ie another bottle of wine etc I would like to speak to a member of staff regarding the service we had which had an effect on my birthday. Someone please call me. Thank you
