We have visited Farrago twice. The staff at the restaurant are incredibly friendly and welcoming, with a great sense of humor. As a chef, I must say that the food can take a bit longer to arrive and sometimes may not be as hot as desired. The menu offers an interesting selection that is not overly complex. The wine list is good, though prices are on the higher side. Despite some minor issues, I would definitely return as I believe the kitchen service will improve with time. They just need to work on efficiency!
The owner was fantastic, and the food was delicious, especially the bruschetta. I would give it a 10 out of 10.
The staff pays great attention to detail at this restaurant. They offer organic wines selected by a former sommelier from top hotels in the area. The music, curated by a former rock star, is varied and adds to the atmosphere without being too loud. The chef is passionate about his craft and willing to share his knowledge. With all these fantastic qualities, this place should be fully booked every night. However, luckily for those of us who can't make reservations in advance, it is still possible to snag a late booking.
I had hash browns for brunch; it was delicious and coffee great too. We had a lovely table right in the window.
