Contribuiți la feedbackI was pleased to find vegan options on the menu at this restaurant. I had a vegan burrito for lunch, which was very tasty, although it lacked cheese substitute. I found the prices to be a bit high, especially for a lunch meal. The breakfast/brunch menu does not offer any vegan choices, which was disappointing. We were given four plastic straws for our drinks, which included soft drinks and tap water. The outdoor seating area, while small, is located directly on a main road which detracted from the ambiance. The staff was friendly and the restaurant has a bar-like atmosphere, catering to a younger crowd in the evenings with music and cocktails. While it may be a fun night out for some, personally I would prefer dining at Wahaca for Mexican food as it is more affordable and offers a better vegan selection.
I went in and liked the place right away. We arrived at 22.00 on Saturday night and it was very lively and atmospheric. Looks like a great place to have a meal before you get out. Unfortunately, my experience with food and staff was far from so good. Ordnete a vegan chimichanga and was told by the waitress they were “from vegan options”. When I wanted to make myself clear, she said they could only make me a vegan Fajita, mushroom burger or nachos. I chose the fajita I regretted later than over 50% of the total meal consisted of boiled onions. (I would have known from the menu, I didn't read it when I didn't see it as an option before the waitress came). When the waiter brought out the Fajita, I had something to check with him whether the cheese that accompanied him was vegan. He looked at it and said: No. If you are vegan, you can’t have this or this” and continue to take away the cheese and sour cream. I am very pleased that he had found a solution when he moved the a few centimeters to my omni friend who had ordered a burger, and said: "oh but you can eat it" and went away. There was no apology, nothing against an offer that cheese through, say some more guacamole (which already came in a ridiculously small part in consideration of the size and cost of meal), a free something or some money back. The cocktails were nice.
I'm visiting for the re-fit and the whole facility looks brighter. I came with a friend on the Christmas Eve which we enjoyed. the menu.
I saw this restaurant on the way to work and on the way to home. it always seems busy and to end alive. However, eating is not what I expected and was really.
I think I died and went to the Mexican hell. this is dirty Tex-Mex food, but not good wise. BBQ sauce on boiled chicken served on a splashy plate.
