Chi Kitchen- Oxford Circus - London

The staff is very friendly and even though the restaurant is busy, you can usually find a nice seat. There is also a bench outside for smokers to enjoy.

I will never step foot in that restaurant until they settle their outstanding tax debt.

Amazing coffee, complimentary WiFi, delicious waffles, and caramel.

We arrived at the restaurant only to find that it has been closed down!!!

What is really disappointing is when you book a restaurant, they email you the day of your booking to confirm only to find that the entire restaurant has closed....!!!! Then, to top things off, Open Table email you to see how your visit was come on guys, get the technology aligned and remember to stop automated emails! A very very poor customer experience.
