Caravan Bankside - London

My family and I had an excellent brunch at caravan yesterday. the food was delicious, the service was friendly and the atmosphere flourished. it was great and we all enjoyed it and will definitely be back.

Got to the restaurant and first impression wasn’t great to start with. The guy at the front entrance was on his phone texting someone on WhatsApp and it took a little time after he was finished texting them to eventually greet me and show me my table so I was a bit annoyed by this. Food and rest of service was great. First impressions really count so the initial greeting was a let down.

The vegetarian choices at this restaurant are excellent, and the service is very friendly and cheerful.

The food was excellent, the restaurant had a great location, and the staff was wonderful. What more could you ask for?

This restaurant is a good option for those with celiac disease, with a "big plate" on the menu that is safe for them to eat. They also offer a gluten-free lager and possibly a gluten-free pale ale on the drink menu. My only complaint would be the limited dessert options available, especially for those with a gluten allergy.
