Busaba Bangkok Thai The O2 - London

In the ground boring! there are better Thai food from a supermarket package. it is served within 5 minutes, so not freshly cooked. singha be warm until we complain. don't worry!

We ordered a pad Thai and it was quite awful. Not like any pad that I have ever tasted.

Staff were helpful and efficient. Had a lovely meal. Great place for a catch up with the ladies. They had a a few vegan options which was great. Would go back again.

We’ve been to Busaba restaurants quite a few times in other areas and we really love the brand. This restaurant at O2 was unfortunately a disappointment. The service was mediocre, none of the staff was wearing a mask (really the brought a catsu curry without the sauce and we have to ask for it, and finally they kept coming to our table asking if we wanted anything else every 5min. Finally, compare to other Busaba restaurants, the atmosphere in this one has not been created with the same standards. As a result the experience is less appealing. Overall, it was a disappointment for us when we expected the same level of service and ambience as in other Busabas.

Not impressed, it took waiter a 30 min to take order and additional 20 min to provide dessert menu. We had our drinks half way through the food. Food below average not worth the money. I would say its a thai fastfood outlet. Very disappointed
