The waitress was terrible. no longer drink. toilets dirty.

The food and the service here was terrible. I have the ferrero roche waffel and it was moderate. I can do that at home. my friend and I bought a groupon, but all the group bookings were full for the days we were available. We called the restaurant and asked if we could do something. the employees suggested that we book on open tables, so we did. we knew that the group statement said that all bookings must be made by groupon, so that we called the restaurant again 2 times, only to check that we are able to use our groupon with our open reservation. when we were finally here, the manager insisted that we could not use our groupers, denying all the things that were said by the phone and very rude. I'd rather waste my groupon than come back here if I can't get any refund.

I went in and ordered only two things: milkshake the milkshake itself was nice, but there were about 2 inch fake cream on the top that was so easy from the date. ice ice cream was pretty bad quality, not proper ice, but some hydrogenated sugary gloop that has been tasted, but the worst bit was the strawberry sauce and the white chocolate sauce that I would eat from datum products all the time so that my tolerance is quite high, but these sauces tasted as if they were 5 years in the regal (products as if they were artificial). I'm always looking worth money, but I've been spending on these products and had to leave them that they tasted bad, I don't know where the whitechapel scene did these, but it tasted like 2005. I should say the service was perfect the young lady was efficient, polite and very friendly it is the kitchen that is the problem,

THE FOOD WAS AMAZINGGGGGGGG IM STUFFED , MY GIRLFRIEND WAS STUFFED , you defo get what you pay for. Good quality, Affordable prices,if I lived near here this place would definitely see me everyday.

Good food and good service from the lady. Nice environment and reasonable prices
