The service initially started off well, but as the restaurant became busier, it felt like we were overlooked. The food was good, and the location was excellent.

The water and wine glasses were impeccably clean, the service was prompt, and the prices were competitive. The food was delicious, although the wine was a bit on the pricey side.

They wanted to dine at a restaurant and checked out the photos and menu online. The restaurant was located in a hotel, which was not clearly indicated in the pictures, slightly affecting the ambiance. The menu was different from what they expected, which was disappointing, and the wine selection was limited. After ordering from the new menu, my starter arrived, but I noticed that three items were omitted from its description—ingredients I have allergies to. I sent it back three times, but they still couldn't get it right. There was no apology, and I was even blamed for not being able to read the menu, which simply labeled bruschetta as “Bread.” The steak, priced at £30, was mediocre, and I ended up taking half of it home for the dog. The chicken was overcooked and dry. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I will never return.

We got there 10 minutes before our reservation and they said that they were closing

Excellent food and service, a little pricey but It's London so to be expected, the only slight criticism was being asked 6 or 7 times if everyhing was OK but other than than the food was excellent
