Toro Loco - Lompoc

Well it was my first visit there an first I want to start with they charged me for a drink then when they handed me the cup I began to put ice in the cup an the ice wasn't coming out ?? then the cashier said I'm sorry but the ice machine doesn't work WTH why didn't she tell me that before I purchased my drink but yet she showed me the botteled drinks and said you can get one of those an I said no thank you just refund me the money for the drink then I get home to eat what I ordered and it was very salty ?? an the chicken was old because it was hard to chew there was hardly no rice just full of beans so I will not ever spend my money there again y'all should know me by now I want great customer service and good food because now a days it's very expensive to eat out

Chile verde was tasteless and beans had no salt and rice is a joke. Crispy taco and taquitos were good.

If you like garbage then this is the place for you. Found a hair in my food and top of that the food was inedible. Beans were burnt and rice is just canned corn. Got the chilaquiles and they were below mid. The enchiladas also just taste like cinnamon. I can’t believe they have two locations.

Tripped over trash coming in, outside smelled like urine. Ok, not a great start. Inside was pretty bare. However, the soft taco carne asada itself was pretty good. Deducted two stars for dirty exterior and bland interior.

Didn't go to this restaurant. Parked nearby it to run an errand
