Noodles Pho U - Lombard

Food was very good, I would say everyone must try this at least once before they die. But they shouldn?t die here. That would be a very big mess to clean. Food was fresh, ingredients were fresh. I finished my food. Also, the name is a pun if you didn?t getit. Pho you means ?for you?, like noodles for you. Very clever.

Noodles Pho U was absolutely incredible! Everything is homemade and you can tell there was a lot of care into preparing the food and making it authentic. The vibe is also nice with beautiful paintings and everyone working was very kind and welcoming. Highlyrecommend and will definitely be back! Yum!

All the Chinese places surrounding Villa Park are mediocre, at best. Nobody has good egg rolls. We finally decided to try Noodles Pho U because we saw the menu included Vietnamese, Thai and Chinese food. I?ve been so let down at the grossly cheapquality of meat that the Chinese places use, yet prices keep going up. The food from Noodles Pho U is delicious! The shrimp arebig, lo mein is flavorful, the fried rice is perfect with juicy pieces of pork and the orange chicken actually tastes like meat.But the best part?.they actually have good egg rolls! Every other place around here gives you fried rolls filled with cabbage.Boring. Theirs have pork, shrimp, veggies and cabbage! Finally, good egg rolls! Fair prices and good food. They will be ourgo-to for Asian takeout going forward.

Everything was processed. I was surprised. The pho ga tasted horrible. They cleaned the tables with dirty smelly water and they substituted fresh basil and mint leaves for lettuce??!!!! I've never experienced a Vietnamese restaurant this bad. I'm hopingthis was just a bad night. I did see a sign in their front window looking for help. I hope they find the help they need. Theonly thing I enjoyed were the spring rolls and leaving.

Simple lunch of pho with beef round and brisket. Very tasty broth. Beef was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Noodles were thin and not mushy. Service was quick and friendly. Would visit again.
