Domino's Pizza - Lombard

I ordered food last night, and everything was fantastic!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The staff was extremely rude and messed up my order. When I called to address the issue, they promised me a free pizza. However, when I ordered the free pizza, they sent me the wrong size. I called again to resolve the situation, and instead of apologizing, the staff member became irritated with me. I will never return to this location. The rudeness was unbearable.

I ordered barbecue wings from Domino's, expecting them to be coated in barbecue sauce that is cooked onto the chicken. Instead, I received wings with just some barbecue sauce poured on top. You can see in the picture below the disappointing result I got from the location at 403 East North Avenue, Lombard, Illinois. It seems that the staff at this Domino's, located in the Chicago metro area, may not realize that barbecue wings should actually have the sauce cooked into them. If you compare my wings to the picture on their menu, you'll see that they should look different. It’s baffling that they don’t reference their own menu. So, instead of the flavorful barbecue wings I expected, I ended up with plain fried wings topped with barbecue sauce, as shown below. This incident happened today. I regret not checking my order before leaving. I advise you to avoid this place if possible, or if you do decide to stop by, make sure to inspect your food before you pay. It’s frustrating, especially since their menu clearly shows what the wings are supposed to look like.

The second time I ordered here was horrible service and manners. First time great Rosario was nice! 2nd time Adnan was rude arguing with me I don?t know my address and that I need to tip more. I get that we are struggling but don?t make me feel bad fortipping an amount you don?t like. Don?t order anything from here again. Until they teach people to be nice.
