Let's get to what's important. The food was fine, we ordered a grill for two, it must be something about the economic context or I don't know if this is happening in all grills but empty and roasted they no longer put the bracero on it. They put a thin bone-in steak that is asado banderita. It brings very good chinchu, chori and morci but not everyone usually eats achura. Then it came with chicken it was good 10 points. Ah! The entrance is also very good! The attention of the staff was excellent, very helpful and the atmosphere was good. A luxury. If I don't give it 5 stars it's because I mentioned the vacuum and the roast. And also because when I went to pay they charged me a non-existent 15% surcharge for paying by card. The quality drops a lot. The meat is very tough, the kidneys have a bad smell, the chinchulines are rubbery and to make matters worse the knives don't cut.
