Can't order online because they turn it off to early

Not happy with this order I ordered a pizza and didn't receive all of what we ordered. Called twice they do not pick up. When I got through the second time and asked to talk with a manager he put me on hold again. It has been 20 minutes and still holding. When you order something you should receive what you ordered. Finally picked up after 35 minutes then told me they didn't have a manager available. I explained to him what the problem was and the phone went silent he didn't even reply anything to me. We did pay for it and they took the money. Will not purchase again I will go to Missoula for Papa Murphy's, Little Caesars, and Papa Johns so many other great places that actually has customer service. Very, very poor service.

Are you guys serious? Closed for lunch hour? Great delivery staff but obviously horrible management, wish they would give their employees some hours and be OPEN for more than just the late dinner crowd. No more school pizza parties or lunch at work from these guys. Oh, and they don't even offer blue cheese dip for any of their wings anymore. Disappointing

Food was great. Stood at the counter with 3 plus employees looking at us for o er 5 minutes before a manager (who wasn't from that store)came to wait on us. Said manager was great compared to the rest of the staff. Overall it was a good experience and tasted great.

The pizza was terrible, they didn't put a sauce on it, we took the order uneaten. The manager sat in her vehicle after asking the server where she was. We wanted to talk to her, she really didn't care, had no idea who her boss was, and did nothing to do it right. If this was the first time, it will not be noticed, but this is the third time we ordered from this place, and our order has not come with everything we had paid and has not been done properly. We had crushed pizzas that stuck at the top of the box, pizza with fancy sauce, ordered wings and bread sticks and never got them. We tried every time to treat it in this place and every time we were met with me, we don't know we can help you. We will not order from here again! 11/24/20 I must say that the manager reached and gave us a $20 coupon on our next order that we recently used. I moved to a 4 star rating because they tried to make it right, and the service was even better then! I'm not sure why the sauce on the pizza is so light, even if you're ordered and paid extra for it, are dry pizza hard to swallow? But we will try this place again soon.
