No staff, no service! Just bad!!! A seminar, which was booked since the end of October 2022 and should take place in March 2023, was cancelled 10 days before lack of personnel. I was 5x in this hotel before but with this management, this has taken place in the future. It's a shame because I always liked to come here. We were 1 night in the guest house. the room rather small without mini bar and air condition at 4 stars ok is stop so. room itself was clean, the bathroom also in order, but any window and window benches a gray. that goes through the entire house! the personal is very friendly but absolutely overwhelmed! in restaurant the same game. the food was class of service tried, but had no chance to get at all good performance superior of the situation. I'm gastronomic myself, I'm sorry. the guests brought themselves their drinks that you have to give yourself well-noticed 4 stars bunker in top location. the management has failed here unfortunately not the personal! some could understand the orders hard because they couldn't get German well, which naturally led to misunderstandings. we were fine because we were very early. at breakfast was again the same waiter as at night. very friendly and helpful 5 stars for the service. object itself in top position but hey ne window putz firm will be in. price performance is good 109 euro with breakfast full order.

The location of the hotel is fantastic above the main and with views of lohr. the staff is extremely friendly, helpful and competent. in the hotel, a historic architecture connects with modern style. both the dinner in the restaurant and the breakfast have convinced us completely.
