Calle Laurel is a street well known for its tapas bars. This one was very friendly and their chicken parcel or saquito pollo was excellent and good value.

This is a regular Calle Laurel bar. Good selection of tapas, excellent Rioja and friendly staff. The bar is located at the beginning of the street, so there are fewer people here. Most of the customers flock to bars in the middle of the street, unless, of course, they are bars with a history like Blanco y Negro, for example. In addition to enjoying wine and tapas, I wonder how fast the bartender girl works. Like a jet...

A nice cool room offering a refuge from the busy Caspe Laurel with a nice selection of tapas on the counter, both hot and cold. I opted for two hot ones, the chorizo in red wine and the chef's special of freshly cooked peppers. In both cases they were large enough to share between two if needed. Accompanied by the house wine. Not the cheapest on the street but certainly worth the money. Great friendly service and good, clean toilets.
