Quality Inn Conference Center

Beds are hard at a rock wouldn't be any different sleeping on the floor. Room was very hot when we checked In. Breakfast is a joke all breads was stale no hot

Had an issue with my reservation, they didn't do the right thing regardless of policy. Called the main office, lady behind the phone was rude, so Expedia called them and they still wouldn't do the right thing. I'm going to trash you people on every site I can now. ?‍

The Hotel did not set up the conference room: no extension cords for PC use (until front desk was asked) very few outlets; no water at the tables; projector screen did not work properly; wifi access was not posted had to go to front desk to get it; no complementary hotel pens on the tables; it seemed that this was the hotel's first conference.

The floor is really dirty don't have the proper cleaning products to clean the floors nor bathtub sinks and toilets. they live in the hotel room and is very disrespectful to their employees. i also wouldn't advise working here also they will mess up you hrs and pay check. these people own this hotel but doesn't have rights to be messing with peoples job

Well first the bathtub had a ring around it. The towel racks were very loose from the wall. When we turned heat on it had a ringing sound when shut off. So sleeping was not good. The bed was comfortable. The toilet does not flush correctly, it almost fills up before goes down. It needs some adjusting. Food was good. Staff was friendly. Had to ask for towels, none in room. So to say I would not stay at your Quality Inn again.
