The service was lightning fast, and the portion sizes were quite generous. The gravy accompanying the chicken fingers was absolutely fantastic!

I had a strawberry cheesecake Blizzard, and it was delicious! I really love those, especially since I was in Louisiana. This location is great!

I ordered the finger steaks, and they were fantastic! The French fries with white pepper gravy were so delicious that they definitely make it worth a return visit.

Unfortunately, I could hardly understand the total because the staff member wasn’t speaking clearly. When I got to the window, she opened the door, turned the Blizzard upside down, and a large amount of ice cream spilled down the side of the cup. Instead of cleaning it up, she just handed it to me, leaving me with ice cream all over my hands. I had to ask her for napkins to clean up the mess, as she didn’t bother wiping the cup. I thanked her, and she responded with a nonchalant “hmm.” As I was taking my food, I asked for her name, and she replied "Laura." After I asked, she suddenly became very sweet and nice, saying, “Thank you, have a great day.” I suggest they keep Lillian at the window because she provides much better customer service. From now on, I will call ahead to check who is working the window. I’ll be avoiding this place as long as Laura is there! Her attitude was snarky, and the overall customer service was poor.
