Great wieners and cake. Best if eaten together and washed down with the best milkshake in town.

People are out here in the cold taking orders I hate how old school they are. And plus they closed on the area of the dining room where people can't see you eating. I eat better when people aren't looking at the bites I take. The restaurant Is old school.

We ordered online for store pick up. Went to pick up 5 minutes early early so we waited, and waited, and waited. We asked them where our order was they said it was put in the bin for pick up but was not there. My husband said no one ever put the order in the bin. They said someone else must have picked it up by mistake and they were slow walking to re-do our order. Finally 30 minutes after our pick up time a manager said they would re-do our order and would also refund our credit card at the end … – show

Dine in was bad experience for our out of town guests. We RAVED about how good portillos food and service was only to sit and wait 30 minutes for their number to be called only to ask and find that the order had been closed out. Order number was never called. Both our guests and ourselves listened for the number to be called with no luck. (They probably gave it to someone else by mistake). The order was only a single Italian beef and fries. Finally got the order only to find it was WRONG!. … – show

Great atmosphere and very fast! Always love Portillos!
