Chill Bubble Tea - Logan County

I ordered a bubble tea about an hour after they opened and I was disappointed in the product and the experience. There were a lot of flies around the shop, the counters and prep spaces weren't very clean, and the workers were disinterested in assisting customers. The tapioca pearls in my drink were stale (as if they were yesterday's instead of ones made that day) and the flavor was poor enough that I wondered if the right proportions of ingredients were used. Fast service and they make most of the drinks with fresh fruit which is great!

I went last night and the girl working there was so rude and told us they closed at 7 and it says they closed at 8 on the website. I excepted it at first but then I see her take peoples orders and I went up to order but she told us that she closed at 7 again. After a while she took our order with an attitude. Maybe I misunderstood the order but I got a regular Taro and I got a smoothie. That isn't the issue though, I thought about getting a smoothie and didn't thing that the taro came as one, maybe this is what the regular Taro looks like ‍ ️. The issue I have is the Tapioca, it kinda tastes like tap water. If you like boba I strongly recommend you avoid this place. The drink itself tastes a little like taro so that's something.
