Chill Bubble Tea - Logan County

Great bubble tea as you can tell by the long lines they have.

Last time I came here was last Monday I ordered Thai Tea with tapioca, today I ordered a large passionfruit tea w tapioca when I got my drink it was not it it looked like it was already watered down it supposed to looked like smoothie not just water. Didn’t wanted to get a new one complain because I am a nice customer I know they are just trying their best. The worth place I have ever been. It was unbelievable slow. The order by the end was wrong. The staff doesn’t care about waiting time and customers. Half of the menu wasn’t available..

The staff is too slow honestly they have to hire adults o more teens in this store because they are really slow, takes me 45 mnts in lane to get a bubble just because this 3 kids (employees) are very slow to work and my order $19,65 and they refused to take a $20 dollar bill this place is a joke.Woodfield Mall at Schaumburg location.

Great employee, she was super nice when I messed up my order. I will definitely come here again
