I'm amazed by amount of the respect that we have received from the staff. Everyone was kind and professional. I do recommend this place if you are in the area.

I witnessed the worst that could happen to any employee. Very embarrassing situation. This animal owner yelled at the server in front of customers. The table next to us have finished their appetizer, the runner was serving a dinner salad entree and a pasta dish, the owner manager started yelling at the server the server kept his could and begun explaining he was serving the salad because that was what the lady had ordered only. One of the good and authentic Italian restaurants in Arlington Heights. I've already been here a few times, and each time everything was really a good experience, and I really enjoyed every single time I visited this restaurant. The atmosphere and vibe are nice and cozy.
