The freezers were broken and the ice cream was a melted puddle in the display case and they were still trying to sell it. Then when o asked if they had a flavor the worker just stared off into space and after a good 10 seconds said I don't know and walked away from us. My wife and I and my son left.

Horrible service! Staff spend most of the time goofing off and one employee was swearing so much a customer walked right out. I didn't care to hear 5hat language either! Very dirty tables, dirty floors and filthy restrooms!

Quite a few employees standing around talking while we were waiting for service. Shake was good but 2 scoop sundae was jammed into too small of a cup so it made a mess all over the sides.

First time at this location and it’ll be my last. Tried to order two shakes and a dipped cone at the drive thru, the woman working said “well it’s gonna take 15 minutes.” I asked which part of the order was causing the delay (because I wouldn’t be opposed to changing my order in order to speed things up). Great ice-cream parlor. So many good and tasty varieties of ice-cream.
