Wonjo Korean Charcoal BBQ - Logan City

I was after something to fit my Asian taste buds at Palmdale shopping centre for my late lunch yesterday and found this eatery looked like the one to fit the most so gave it a go. Stepped in and there were already two tables with seven diners having their lunches so took a seat and started to arrange my order. It seemed that there were only two Korean ladies running the show and one of them was working in the kitchen all the time and the other was running in between the dining area and the kitchen. Therefore, there was always nobody looking after the diners nor providing any service. Ordered the Fish Roe Hotpot and Seafood Pancake, which took around 15 minutes to be ready. Side dishes were unexpectedly generous, portions of our orders looked reasonable and taste was good, however, I could not find any other seafood except calamari from the pancake. The difference of their pancake looks to have more proportion of egg so it is more crispy than others. Overall, food was average but service was nil......

Absolutely pathetic. came here hoping that some good Korean food will be ignored only by all employees. the restaurant had hardly anyone when I arrived and from any reason I wasn't even given a menu when I sat. after 15 minutes waiting time I decided to pick up a menu myself. after the fight to get the attention of every person there, I finally make an order that didn't even wait after 20 minutes. that was the first time I ever went out of a restaurant because I was so bad. these people deserve to go bankrupt. eat elsewhere! What are they waiting for?

Came here for dinner with my friends, the place is safe small, but the service is okay. ordered boggi nudel, the food tastes nice and the next dishes are great. my friend said that you eat too hot (shampering). In addition, we ordered another plate that is early to be sold and takoyaki. the part of the spring roller is disappointing. it's just too small in comparison to the price and doesn't taste so great.

Great food, fantastic staff. I recently went to Wonjo's with friends after it was recommended to us. We all loved our meals, the seasonings and flavours were so well balanced, this is some of the best Asian Cuisine I've ever had. The prices are very reasonable as well (we ordered off the take away menu, though we ate in . Everything cooked perfectly, hot and delicious. The owner stayed open later for us very kindly even though he was closing up when we arrived even though we offered to take it home if he preferred. Very very polite and went out of his way to ensure we had a great experience. I can't wait to go back, we plan to become regulars :
