Gloria Jean's Coffees Loganholme

Hot chocolate was only half full, the rest was foam, coffee was bitter, watery and burned tasting and completely unavailable, and the ice and speck toastie was so rough the stir on it tasted and was mixed with bbq sauce yuck. now the scones were great and not dry, the hot chocolate, while only half full was delicious and the service was friendly enough and acceptable. will I have come back? yes probably not

I haven 't been to Gloria Jeans in ages and now i remember why, yeah not the best coffee. I ordered my coffee with sugar, upon receiving it I tasted it and felt it needed more sugar. I asked if I could have another sugar and the girl said to me 'it 's over there ' and reminded me how much sugar was already in there. What she should 've done was be more friendly for a start and added more sugar herself. Sorry but that 's poor customer service but i guess it goes well with the poor coffee.

No personality from any staff it's like they hate being there. Coffee was ok. Spilt drinks, no apology with other customers. Closes and opens when they feel like it. Sandwich served in a box that doesn't fit. Very unprofessional

Gets coffee orders wrong and then speaks rudely when questioned about order. This has happened twice to my daughter now, both times same woman. Customer service obviously not important, nor listening to customer when placing order

Worst Gloria Jean's I have been to. Staff were arrogant when I took back the coffees that were made incorrectly...no customer service..attitude disgusting...never ever going back to there again.
