The young man who took my order was very pleasant, spoke clear, made good eye contact and made me buy another one I had forgotten before. great service, loudspeaker system good.
This store is OK. There are fewer and fewer toppings for more money but that's the same anywhere. The cheesy bread is my fav but the lunch special is good to.
Food has gone downhill and workers don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Pizza was very burned and breadsticks were crumbled into a big ball inside the bag they gave us.
Listen, I love Little Caesar's and my family comes here a lot, but this location specifically has been going down hill and this night made me realize that the owners/upper management may need to have a retraining with some employees. This was on May 6th for the 7-8pm shift. I ordered my food for pick-up through the app to make sure it would be ready when we were headed back home after running some errands. I get the notification from the app that my order is ready. When I get into the store I realize my order is not ready and that they just manually got my food from the portal and handed my order to the person in front of me because they thought it was their order, when that person was actually above mine in the portal. I ask about it and they tell me my order will be ready in another 10 minutes now. In that time frame, I watched them mess up on 4/6 customer orders that came in during that duration. The employees were also screaming and making loud obnoxious noises back and forth to each other and not being professional. Longer than 10 minutes go by and I ask them again when they think my order will be ready. They quickly hurry and grabbed the rest of the items I was waiting on and handed me my order. There was no compensation or remorse on their end for mine or any of their customers faulty orders. Except for one person who the employee was friends with who was handed a couple extra free items. I just would like to see this location do better and take care of their customers in a more professional and organized style again.
