Denny's - Logan

So slow and took forever i sat there for 2 hours with no food such poor service as well didn’t even offer any sort of discount because of our time taken out of our day

We have been waiting for almost an hour and we are not the only ones waiting. There about 5 groups here waiting for someone to seat us at a table. I see a lot is empty tables but there is no host to serve us. They just walk by and do nothing. This is the last time I come here. Bad service and not a care in the world about customers waiting to seated. Some people already left to eat somewhere else. This place has bad service!!!!

Great staff. Not enough of them but some great people. Solid workers.

I have been to this Dennys before and have had a great experience, however our waiter tonight did not refill our drinks at all until we were leaving and asked her to do so. I had to get up and go to the counter to ask for syrup after waiting ten minutes for her to bring it. They don’t bring the check to the table. I typically leave great reviews, but unfortunately not tonight. I was not impressed.

Brittony was a wonderful server, customized our order perfectly and was an encouraging, attentive server!
