Great seating in the open. the personal was so friendly and helpful when answering questions about which the eating was vegan. fun environment to take friends and family. they even had vegan cupcakes!

The food was amazing. I don't eat mayo so my sandwich was delivered with mayo when I requested it without. I sent it back and ended up with a totally different sandwich still with mayo. Our great cashier took it off the bill and made it right. She also took great care of us by offering pastries. They were obviously short staffed and errors happen but I would come back for sure, the food was worth it.

The food at this restaurant is average, but the poor service makes it not worth it. We made a brunch reservation online and were seated on time, but had to wait 15 minutes for someone to take our drink orders. Mimosas arrived late and were not what we ordered. The food took 30 minutes to arrive and was missing items. It took 45 minutes for plain orange juice to be served, only after we asked for it. Coffee was served incorrectly in to-go cups after 55 minutes. We asked for the coffee to be comped but were only given a discount on it, not the overall meal. Although the restaurant is beautiful, the service is a major issue. This has been a consistent problem every time we visit, so it may not be our top choice in the future.

Had Sunday brunch here in July 2022. We had made a reservation and was seated immediately. Really enjoyed our visit and food. Our service was excellent. Our server came and apologized for any delay in receiving our food. She brought us a free loaf of their delicious bread to compensate for any delay. Shortly after we received our meals. Our meals were excellent and continued service was wonderful. It was a great experience for our group of 4.

There is so much to love about Crumb Brothers! The atmosphere, the pastries, the food, the service. A great spot for brunch or lunch (or a snack!
