Costa Vida is pretty good about safely managing gluten and cross contact. As someone with celiac disease, it’s nice to have a place to eat where I don’t have to stress too much about it. The food is consistently good. Always fresh ingredients. Almost all ingredients are cooked in the back of the restaurant. Always busy, but never a long wait. They make the tortillas in house and put together your entrée in front of you. Staff is always very friendly and warm here at this restaurant. My favorite restaurant is the South Logan, Costa, Vida.
