Costa Vida - Logan

So the food is good, restaurant is clean, staff are nice kind, but today they went above beyond! I forgot my bag there yesterday (very uncharacteristic of me- I blame the killer headache for my lapse in judgment) so I called even before they opened once I had searched my car realized where it had to have been left they were SO nice DID HAVE IT!!! Even answered the phone before opening to my frantic self trying to find it. The biggest part- when I picked it up- everything was still there!! Including the cash I had in there! So not only is it a huge savings avoided hassle to not have to replace everything- but they had zipped it up with even the cash all accounted for! Not sure if it was staff or a customer who found it initially- they totally could have taken the said they got it that way- but NOPE! I was totally expecting to just be grateful for whatever might be left as we've just moved here from the city- but bless Logan bless the Costa Vida staff for being honest upstanding people!! I shall be much more careful try to avoid having a hangry second grader out with me insisting to eat if I have a killer headache again so I don't forget things definitely will go here again as much as possible! Thank you South Costa Vida staff- y'all are angels saved this mama a lot of stress.

Fairly simple order, can’t get it right after 2 attempts. Highly disappointed the handful of times I have been here. The incompetence is astonishing. Save the headache, drive 5 minutes and go to the north location; far better food, right the first time.

3rd: Okay now I’m getting a little annoyed. This time I ordered through the app and paid $0.25 for EXTRA tortilla strips and they gave me less than a normal portion! It may not seem a big deal to some, but if I pay for and ask for something extra there better be a ton! Especially something as simple and cheap as tortilla strips!??‍Came back a second time and they kinda skimped me on my salad toppings, especially the tortilla strips which was a little annoying. More consistency with portions please!Wanted to grab something quick during my lunch break so I ordered through the app. My order was ready when I got there and was completely accurate. The staff was helpful and attentive. Plenty of parking. It’s also nice that this location has a drive thru. This Logan Costa Vida is better than the Logan Cafe Rio, BUT it's not as good as a standard Cafe Rio. Also one thing that gives me reason to remove a star is that Costa Vida doesn't have a kid's option that's cheap. They charge $1.5 for a kid's cheese quesadilla and Cafe Rio does those for free or for like ¢60 depending on where you go.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.

We had them cater a work event. They were super helpful and easy to work with.
