Indien Palace - Lörrach

I went to the India Palace in Lörrach this afternoon. Given my recent experience, I was quite sceptical, but I wanted to give the restaurant a chance as my last visit was a few years ago and I am a satisfied weekly regular guest at Bajwa Palace in Basel. I was very kindly received, my special requests were received and after a very short waiting period my dish was plotted: Paneer Tikka Masala, served with basmati rice. Since I had ordered extra sharp and the waiter had already had the experience that the guests are overwhelmed with the sharpness, he added to me a small bowl with a hot Thai chili sauce. The wonderfully fragrant Tikka Masala was very aromatic and round in taste, the rice of good quality and boiled to the point, simply top! I was thrilled, my expectations were far exceeded. Thanks to the kitchen and service I am back soon...
