There's only 2 parking spots to pick up food. So, I placed on order through this google service. I accidentally didn't change my address to my job. I called immediately after placing order to give my job address. What happens? The girl tells me that they cannot help me with the address change and that I need to call the place who will deliver to change it. Now, this place is very small and not that busy. The girl could hardly speak english and she calls me bk 3x after I mentioned that I was going to comment on a review. Lastly, she tells me she will change address after realizing it is a hospital. Do you honestly trust them with my food after having an issue with them? They can throw out the food and I will never go there again. So much for supporting small businesses. Laziness will go you nowhere with me. Obviously, I'm hungry and too busy at work. They need to respect that and help out at least once as a courtesy. It shouldn't take a threat to bend. I can't.
