Carl’s Jr. - Lodi

I ordered on the ap and it said my food was ready, no customers in drive up or restaurant, so pulled up to get my order. The server said she didn’t have my order, I tried to show it to her and she wouldn’t look, just kept saying she didn’t have it. I was already charged for the order so I went in and she was visiting with her coworker. I said can I show you my order so you can make it? She said “no” and turned back to her coworker. No food! Charged for food she wouldn’t make… I will NEVER go to another Carl’s Jr…I’m telling all my colleagues, family and friends!!

Place is dirty, bathroom gross, our credit card was charged twice, and the fountain soda tea was old and gross. :
