Taco Bell - Locust Grove

Not knowing how big they are, I politely informed the server that we were missing a chalupa—I'm not one to confront people. To my surprise, he argued with me and was quite rude, insisting that we had ordered 15 items when I pointed out that we only had 14. He even made a show of counting everything in front of everyone. On top of that, he told my husband that we shouldn't have used the drive-thru and should have ordered through the app instead.

25 minutes to 8 cars to operate is insane. a couple of tips would have been 3 minutes. Why can't these other places be 1/3 so efficient and have taken me out in 10 minutes?

Hot delicious food. fast for holy evening. the only problem was the scrooge that leads the window

The employees are mostly nice, but some of them. not so much. Be careful to check their bag before they leave! Last time I came here, we told them we didn't get any of our articles, but got another one. they continued to argue with us that we ordered that article they gave us. the article was missing and the additional item we did not order we both on the entry together with the rest of the order. they accused us for both articles they gave us the missing articles, but not for the extra refund and would not take them back. we were in a hurry, the only reason why the problem was not pushed further.

Where to start. I ordered my food though the app. And of course they got it wrong. But first when my husband went inside to pick up our food he saw 3 cockroaches crawling on the floor and none of the employees where wearing a mask to make the food. This place is absolutely disgusting.
