Southern Fusion Dining - Locust Grove

My son and I visited this restaurant on a Friday afternoon. I think we did it after her rush, as we were the only customers. We were received before we even went to the door. I thought that was a great customer service. Most employees are usually not so attentive when they have downtime in other restaurants I had. Our experience was great from the time we go until we were gone. We had the premium limonade, crowned green egg rolls, roasted peach biscuits, macaroni and cheese, smoked shrimps and geese, roasted potatoes, pork ham, buffalo chicken Philly and cinnamon rollerschwarmer. Everything was different and delicious. It's been a long time since we had great customer service and enjoyed our food so much. The Gries were still creamy before and after I reheated my remains and the chicken on the Philly was tender and tasteful. I usually add salt to everything. My whole food was perfectly seasoned. That was a great experience. I will definitely come back and take friends.

This cafe truly feels like a slice of heaven! Everything we tried was absolutely delicious! The red velvet waffles were outstanding—light and fluffy. The peach cookies were delightful, and the salmon sliders were fantastic. The catfish grottos had an incredible aroma and tasted amazing! While the salmon sliders were good, the pecan cinnamon roll was surprising; it hit me with its rich flavor out of nowhere. One bite and you need a moment to appreciate how good it is! The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel like we were visiting family for a home-cooked meal. I can't wait to return!

I absolutely love Southern Fusion and all the employees! The best word to describe this place is "fantastic!" The service and food are both exceptional. I've never been disappointed here! I ordered the Two Eggs and Nana Chicken Waffles, and while both dishes are delicious, Southern Fusion just has a special way of delivering flavors! I think expanding the restaurant would be a great idea to accommodate more guests and reduce wait times. Aside from that, I wouldn't change a thing—maybe just add mimosas and beignets!

This is what I think of the food here (Check the Photo). This place is the epitome of good southern dining. Sean was an amazing server, the wait was not long at all to be seated and the food was cooked to perfection. Pictured but decimated by myself, I had the shrimp and grits, collard green rolls, and sweet potato fries. Either of which you can’t go wrong. My wife had Fish and Grits, and a Waffle. Everything was absolutely amazing and I think we’ve found our Sunday tradition.

Sean and Honey were great hosts! Very attentive and offered us a free dessert that they were trying out. The food was amazing, the chicken and waffles with the home made syrup was soooo good! The country potatoes with the onions and peppers were also a great go to!
