Sonic Drive-in - Locust Grove

I waited at the restaurant for 6 minutes this morning without receiving any personal attention. They were not busy. I then sat back down at a table and waited another 5 minutes without any personal service.

The service is consistently slow at this restaurant. It seems to be declining in quality every time I visit, which is becoming less frequent. I would prefer to dine elsewhere rather than return here.

They are clueless when it comes to their drinks. I was really let down! They should let customers know that if they order the same ice, they can get it for free at other restaurants before charging for crushed ice. Update: I called the 800 number and they fixed it.

Good fast food and don't have to worry about social distancing sense your in your car!

My husband and I stopped for a quick bite on Sunday, April 10, 2022 around 1:00pm. They were swamped but the service was excellent and the food was hot. We were tired and dirty and our server was sweet and kind. Great job!
