Burger King - Locust Grove

Waited over 15 mins at the drive thru and still never got to order. Myself and 2 other vehicles decided to leave. I?m sure this business will survive with poor service.

Stood in line for 15 minutes to just be given mozzarella sticks and cheese bits that had been sitting all day? literally dried out in the center. Watched two customers bring back their orders, and watched one customer walk out because no one took theirorder. Manager stood in one spot with their phone not doing anything to help anyone. Customer or Employee? worked a 13 hourshift. Just wanted a hot meal.

I use the drive thru a lot, I even go inside sometimes depending how long the drive thru line is.Dietary restrictions: The lettuce is the bomb, always fresh, fills and taste fresh cut. The durgers are moist and tasty.
