Burger King - Locust Fork

I ordered almost 10 foods at night. josh worked the window and he was so patient with me while I tried to find out what to order. I spoke to burr and david when they brought me my food. they were all very friendly and understanding. I had a bad night until I spoke to them and their amazing personalities made my night all the better, especially when I had to come back 5 minutes before they closed to get food for others. they have created a great customer experience. I would recommend this situation to my friends for the friendly staff alone. the food was also well done, and still fresh, they helped me turn my night. I wanted to thank them every name for having such a positive and personality. it was a breath of fresh air.

Three visits, three disappointing. 1. made incorrect. 2 times done wrong. Three times ordered something else. 10 pc chickens, get 7 pc and meal was cold.

Was on the drive thru menu today at 0657 pm 12/28/2021 burger king turns off all the lights and refuses to acknowledge my essentiality. I notice that they regularly close before the scheduled time. I always eat at jacks, because my service is great and friendly, eating is fresh and hot and my order is always right. that makes the sixth time that I tried burger king and they can find a way to disappoint me.

It took 15 minutes for a simple order and the order was still wrong and not fresh. Not sure whether it is a personal problem or a lack of training.

I'm not sure...waited in the drive thru for 25min+. (And we had 6 vehicles ahead of us Before giving up and leaving!?I'm sure the employee shortage has impacted this business as well as others.
