As someone who uses meal prep service to body build, because I literally have no time to meal prep between work and school, this is the best you will find in the country. I have lived in multiple different states and have tried local meal prep as well as bigger commercial meal prep companies, and nothing even compares. Plus they have the best prices I've seen too. I hope one day they will go nationwide with their stores. I swear by 95 nutrition! I've been using them since their very first store opened on Grand Island years ago. Lindsey is a literal life saver for creating this business.

I love the pricing and hours, but I'm 50/50 on the food. Does it taste good if you eat it the day of purchase? Heck yes it does! But is it frozen? Seems to be. At Balanced Body and Eat Rite foods, it's clear their food is super fresh, with a reasonable shelf life clearly labeled by a specific date. When I purchased my food here, it was clear it had just finished defrosting, and the guidance is good for 2-3 days unless frozen. I don't know about you but I don't want to freeze my packaged meals......or purchase them and know they were previously frozen....I'm wondering how long these were frozen for before and if they are even good?

First time going in today, very surprised by all the meal choices! Excited to try something new for my lunches for work! I’ve been struggling with lunch ideas so i thought this would be something new to try! Can’t wait!! Thank you for all the help today!

I go to this location at least once a week. I get greeted at the door when I walk in. I love how clean it is and how friendly everyone is. They always have the food i’m looking for

The meals are excellent. Great variety. Friendly and helpful staff.
