My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavor of the food. Taco Bell hasn't always been consistent in recent years, often serving mediocre meals. However, we did experience a long wait, which I attribute to a shortage of staff. There were four people working, including the person at the drive-thru window, but it seemed like the lady handling food prep was doing most of the work. Two younger male employees were present but didn’t seem to contribute much. On a positive note, the restaurant was quite clean, though there was a water leak that caused some flooding on the floor. The TV played the same two annoying ads on repeat, which I could do without. It would be nice if they changed it up with a different message or at least a sports event to enhance the dining experience.

They took 25 minutes to complete an order of 5items. You lost my order. The manager never came into the window or apologized. I called when I left the restaurant. I asked for managers. She hung on me. I always tried to call back and the phone was constantly with a busy signal. After eating... because I was medically necessary... I went back to the restaurant to ask to be compensated. Both managers were rude. And the young man manager told me he didn't have to release a name from the top management, nor did he give me a customer complaint hotline. They suck.

Very enexpensive 6 taco's, Cinni- donut holes, 2 orders of Dorito French Fries and 2 Large Sweet Tea's- Total Cost= $21.00!! very good!! D-lish!!
