Refresh - Lockeford

We always try to support local non chain businesses, and almost always pay with cash. Have been here several times in the last two years. It is a Herbalife/Nutrisystem or one of those type of pyramid deals. Which is fine, pretty much a healthy place. Always fast friendly service, large employee turnover, but still was good. This last visit however was a shock, they have a new policy where they will not serve you unless you give them your phone number! I have a policy as well, if I do not like your policy I will go elsewhere. It a snack and drink store, you order, pay and wait while they make your order, you don't need my phone number!

I never knew this place existed in our town. What a wonderful addition! Wish you guys all the best!

I was looking forward to a great local experience but instead had a poor one. All was well until I was hesitant to provide at least two of e-mail, phone, or address in their payment system. The line about needing customer info to receipt sales as stated by the owner in another review is disingenuous at best. The payment provider collects that information whether or not the business does anything with it. Anyway, the server got snippy when she noticed that I was not going to provide my info, said something about needing customer info for tax purposes, and made an obscure reference to getting in trouble for fraud. Oh well. The drink was ok, nothing special.

I have been there a few times now and they never disappoint. Smoothies are very delicious and responsibly priced!
