We looked at the menu outside and wanted to get some local Sardinian dishes we had been told about like suckling pig and pane frattau. When we sat down (early evening, plenty of free tables) we were told that you needed to pre order the suckling pig so it was not available this was not stated on the menu outside. So we instead ordered 2 of the pane frattau to share between 4 people and sparkling water. The waitress told us this was not enough food for the table and that we needed to order more food! Unbelievable! It was so rude! I have never had this happen in any other restaurant I've been to in any country I've travelled to. We decided to leave and they then charged us €3 for the water (which we had been served) and €13 service charge! When we disputed the service charge they just yelled at us saying it was because they had to clean the table and wash the napkins. There are plenty of other nice restaurants in Olbia that don't treat people this way.

Wait staff was extremely nice and kind! Had a traditional spread of food. The pork was my least favorite because most of it skin or bones. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I would like to be able to review the place for the service offered, but unfortunately I have to limit myself to exposing their terrible management, especially in the event of unforeseen events that depend on them. In view of New Year 's Eve in Olbia, we booked a place at the table for 4 people for 8.00 pm via The Fork for 12/31/2023, booking made a few days before with immediate confirmation. We show up at the restaurant at the exact time of the reservation and the waitress, checking the diary, realizes that the name is not present, so she dismisses us, leaving her colleague to speak, who begins with guys, I 'm sorry but we don 't have the reservation . We show the booking and they tell us that they no longer use The Fork, that they have requested cancellation and even deleted the reference email. In response to our proposals regarding the fact that that was their management problem and that if they no longer use the service it is still their task to verify reservations via that channel and inform us of any changes, the waiter presents us with the two menu proposals ' fixed scheduled for New Year 's Eve wondering if we had by chance chosen one of those, as if to justify that there couldn 't be an à la carte reservation; I reply that obviously having booked on the app and not having updated the information, we booked a table normally, to which he replies I 'm sorry guys, I understand that it 's December 31st and you would like to eat but we don 't have room . So to add insult to injury: it 's not enough that the reservation was not accepted due to their terrible management, but despite this they didn 't even do their utmost to find a solution, which could have been to make us eat outside by placing another table or to suggest that we come back again. late or whatever; no this didn 't happen, their solution was to liquidate us. I asked the boy if he was the owner, he replied no to which I asked to speak to the owner, but obviously he denied me this possibility, justifying with eh but the owner doesn 't just manage this place . Basically a bad experience, I can understand that New Year 's Eve is problematic in itself, but the attention to the customer and the leadership and problem solving ability can be seen precisely in the difficulties, and you have given a terrible demonstration of this. The food isn't bad, but it's not unforgettable either (several things were cold). The service was very slow and the price in the end was absolutely not adequate. At a table of adults and children we spent an average of €50/head without eating excessively. In my opinion the place pretends to be a little more than it really is.
