Have to say ,I can't understand the low reviews on this chippy as I think they are quick to serve you and chips taste good.

I don't understand why some people complain about the lady being over 70. Yes, it takes a bit of time to prepare the fish and chips, but they're really fresh. I've been there about seven times, and each time my family and I have enjoyed the fish and chips. The lady is not bothersome at all, contrary to what some of these reviews suggest. The fish is perfectly battered, and the chips are nicely cooked. Keep in mind that this is a fish and chip shop, not a five-star restaurant, so don’t expect overly elaborate service as some of the low-star reviews seem to demand. Yes, there is a wait, but it’s worth it if you’re patient.

Delicious fish and chips, freshly prepared and served by a lovely couple of ladies. Great price as well. Simple parking available across the street, right next to the famous railway station. Sit back, relax, and enjoy their fish and chips!

I visited a fish and chip shop in Lanfair PG, and the customer service was fantastic. The food was absolutely delicious, and I had the pleasure of being served by two lovely ladies who were both in their 80s. This was, without a doubt, the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be returning for more!
