Bertie's Cafe - Llandudno Junction

The station was clean and well-lit, giving the impression of having been recently painted. The restrooms at the far end of the platform were new and spotless. All the elevators were operational, and the staff at the ticket office and on the platform were very helpful. There was clear visual and verbal information available. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Unfortunately, Train Pal continues to sell tickets for trains that were canceled weeks ago due to engineering work. This has caused a lot of frustration among passengers, myself included. The staff at the station are often the ones who bear the brunt of our complaints, but it's not their fault. They have been friendly and accommodating; in fact, one of the workers even offered me a cup of tea while I waited for my train.

The station is quite busy, but it lacks adequate facilities. You would think that with so many people using it, there would be a café to accommodate them.

I visit a lot in the rule only by waiting for my next train, but I have lived there for 2 years and I think the pleasants near the station are great u have asda so u can buy lunch while waiting for their next train or if they have time, they can go for a drink at the station and when I lived there, I love it to go to the well

I've used this station many times on my holiday. It's easy to get trains and buy tickets. Good car park. Taxi company based at station but they very often say no taxis for an hour despite having drivers and taxis outside. Nice Victorian Station. Sometimes have steam trains through.
