I visited this restaurant last week to try their new vegan options and was excited to find out they also have plant-based milk for coffee. However, my friend and I waited at our table for over half an hour without anyone coming to take our order, despite waiters passing by multiple times. Finally, a waiter asked if we had already placed our order, to which we both replied no. He simply said okay and walked away, leaving us feeling disappointed. I later learned that they have a system where you need to order and pay at the bar, but there are no clear signs indicating this. I had dined at this restaurant a few years ago and they always took my order at the table, so this experience was unexpected.
