Taco Bell - Livonia

I made a stop at this restaurant early in the morning on my way to get an oil change. After placing my order, I realized I had forgotten my wallet, only to find that what I thought was my wallet was actually a pack of gum. I searched through my belongings to see if I could pay with some change, but unfortunately, I didn't have enough. The cashier kindly told me not to worry and asked me to pull up and wait a few minutes as they had just made fresh potatoes. To my surprise, the manager came out through the snow to my car and handed me the burritos I had ordered, refusing to accept any payment when I tried to offer him the little change I had. What I hadn't mentioned was that I was pregnant, and if I hadn't eaten soon, I would have gotten sick. The outstanding customer service truly touched me.

I don't typically write reviews, but I have had numerous issues with this Taco Bell in the past year. However, tonight we placed a mobile order and when we arrived, the line was long but it moved quickly! In the past, the staff had been extremely rude, but this time everyone was so nice. They got our order right and the food was delicious. It's amazing to see the improvement in the staff. Great job, everyone!

I could walk to the local Taco Bell, but I choose to drive 8 miles round trip to visit this particular one. The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly.

Can I have one of your newer tshirts!? You know which one I'm talking about! I'll buy it! They're dope. Anyways, always 10/10

This is by far one of the best Taco Bell's I've been to food was good and fresh and the service was even better and it was at there busiest time of day.And it seems like they have a really great crew
