Ihop - Livonia

I waited 10 minutes after being seated, and while the waiter served all the other tables, I didn't even receive our drinks to get started. It felt like I was completely overlooked. The waiter kept checking on other tables, and it seemed like maybe we didn’t fit his preferred clientele. I won’t be returning to this IHOP again.

I just left IHOPin Livonia. The food was ok i literally got rained on in the booth as my family and I ate dinner. I staff acted as it was not big deal no one asked if i needed a towel just did the food get wet. The Manager on staff didnt want to give me her name but finally said Angela M. She was none caring as if i poured the water from the roof onto myself. The waitstaff said oh just find somewhere else to sit as my family and i fled the booth. I will never visit your restaurant again mot because of the leaky roof but because of treatment i received. I will also be filing a complaint with the district or HQ.

Still sitting in my car waiting on my curbside pickup. The posted sign says 15 minutes parking only,but your order takes 20 to 30 minutes to arrive once they tell you your order it's on the way out. Lies

I absolutely recommend this business. They have a wide variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared at all times of the day. I usually do take out and the food I always ready when I arrive. They have a young wait staff that are very respectful, and each time it come, I can tell the staff are better and better. My take out always has utensils and all the extras.

I treated my family to dinner last week at this location and unfortunately the food and the service were substandard. I was glad to see two young Servers trying to earn money but it apoeared they didn't get trained very well. There was a guy and girl working together and it was the blind leading the blind. They didn't bring my water to the table so I had to ask for some water 5 times before I got a drink and then no one ever asked if I wanted a refill. They served the meals without bringing condiments to the table. They couldn't remember what went on the order, etc. I tried to be patient but it was very frustrating! The salad came with nothing but the greens and a sliver of onion with no dressing. But the final straw was the chicken that was cooked as hard as a brick and the kraft box macaroni cheese. I wouldn't be surprised if this location permanently shutdown with this type of service !
