We're two days behind each other. the customer service is at the top, but eating. soou good! if they haven't eaten here, they miss something special!
My wife and I enjoyed a delightful breakfast at the brunch cafe. I ordered the country omelette and she had the house skillet. The gravure on my omelette was perfectly delicious and the hashbrowns were cooked just right, making the dish for me. My wife's sausages were also very tasty, and I was grateful to sneak a few bites of her meal. We definitely want to return to this place, but be prepared for a wait as it seems to be a popular spot for dining!
Wait is ridiculous! the food was good. the staff was polite and friendly. we even sat right away when we arrived, but we continued to wait 30-45 minutes for our food. we arrived on a Sunday morning at 9 o'clock. I read some reviews before coming and expected that we had to wait, but when we were sitting at the arrival, I had high hopes. the restaurant is also very crowded. that sit in cozy to say that at least, if you are not a human, that is not the place for you. also here was eating well. the atmosphere is about a 3rd eating it deserves 4.
I usually love coming here on my lunch breaks because the food is amazing and especially the wait staff. Today I sent one $2.00 crepe back that I ordered with my country skillet, because it was tough and not filled with cream cheese frosting. Fast forward me paying for my meal I noticed it was still on my bill and asked could it be taken off by my lovely waitress, and she tells me that the manager said that it couldn’t be because she made it herself and nothing was wrong with it. Clearly I ordered it and did not like it, I’ve gotten this same crepe several times before and I know what it should’ve tasted like (not rubbery, hard to cut, and lacking filling). I’m a regular, but not anymore, a $2 crepe should never cost you a customer, maybe cooking lessons, but not a customer. Also, next time a customer requests for something to be taken off of their bill, because of a meal you made them that they did not like, treat them with the same respect as you yourself would expect if you went out and were spending your money—as a manager those are the fundamentals of “managing”.
