We shared the potato green bonsuppet, a mushroom reuben and a pure pizza. (the pizza was later better at zimmertemp, I think I had chocolate cake dessert. They sell fresh organic products to cost, and they can pay more if they want to subsidize food for people with less purchasing power. all together a wonderful business café social experiment!

Had a lot of great options for carry out and grocery. Very reasonably priced and very tasty. We had the grilled cheese, chipotle (spicy), reuben, bbq mushroom, Eden wrap and curry panini. Wow. Local charming family-run plant-based market you do not want to miss if you are in the Catskills. Not only are all products organic and mostly from local farms, but also sold at wholesale prices to make it affordable for all. They also make in-house grab n go plants based packs, sandwiches, and desserts that are soooo freaking delicious.
